Anilana is one of Sri Lanka’s youngest and newest brands, already enjoying positive recognition from guests and dignitaries alike, since the opening of our first hotel property in March 2013, Anilana Pasikuda. Featuring unique, stylish and contemporary designs, with traditional Sri Lankan hospitality. We operate as a luxury brand and focus on being personalized and intimate, driving our rates for both hotels and spas. Each of our resorts is designed to be unique, striving to provide an authentic, discrete and memorable service. We have spent considerable attention assembling an internationally experienced and like-minded team of professionals, each well established in their fields of endeavor. Pioneering New Locations
Anilana plans to develop on its comparative advantage of owning large, prime beachfront properties in Nilaveli, Pasikuda, Panichchankerni, Selladiv Island, Vakarai, Trincomalee and prestigiously located property in Dambulla, by building luxury hotels. We are focusing on the creation and development of a new tourist destination; the mostly unspoiled east coast of Sri Lanka. With such hotels in place, we anticipate that the value of our surrounding land will be substantially raised.
Hotels & Villas
With innovative and unique hotels in operation and support, we will develop surrounding land by building and selling luxury Villas to interested parties, for either residential or investment purposes. We will have the flexibility to include Villas into the room inventories of the hotels on a profit share basis with owners, and adapt our model to the needs of individual investors. As part of our strategy of enlarging our presence throughout the country, we also are considering purchasing additional sites for development, located in other parts of the island, to strengthen our market presence.
